Photographer Website
A photographer website that shows your work like an exhibition, puts your shoot packages and contact options first and that you update yourself.
Someone looking for a photographer looks at your work first: does your style suit their wedding, their product or their family? Then they want to know which shoots you do, what the packages include and how to reach you. Instagram is a good showcase, but photos get cropped, older work gets lost in the feed and package details are hard to find. A photographer website shows your best work in the order you choose, at an address that can be found on Google. On this page you will find the sections we suggest for photographers and photo studios in the Quick Website package and the price of the suggested design.
What Clients Look For on a Photographer Website
- Portfolio: a selection of your best and most recent work, all shot by you. A few well-chosen frames say more than hundreds of similar photos.
- Shoot types and packages: weddings, engagements, outdoor shoots, newborn and family, products, passport and ID photos, and what each package includes.
- Your style and you: a short about text, how you work and, if you have a studio, its address.
- Easy contact: a request with the date and type of shoot, your phone number and your social media accounts.
- Fast loading: if large photos load slowly on a phone, visitors leave before they see your portfolio.
The Sections We Suggest
The suggested design below puts your photos first and keeps the interface in the background. The soft pink and purple tones of the Dawn palette suit wedding and portrait photography:
- Menu bar: the Floating Pill design; a slim, rounded menu bar floating above the page that does not cover your photos.
- Hero: Full-Bleed Photo. Your strongest frame fills the screen with a short headline on top, so visitors are greeted by your work.
- Services: Horizontal Scroller. Your shoot packages, such as weddings, engagements, products and passport photos, on photo cards that scroll sideways; you change each card's text and photo in the admin panel.
- Gallery: Exhibition Hall. Framed photos under spotlights on a dark, museum-like background, each with a small caption plate. This is the heart of your portfolio.
- Contact: Centered Minimal Form. A clean, airy form where clients write their name, type of shoot, date and a note; the request reaches you as a message.
- Footer: Centered Minimal; your logo, a short tagline, the menu and social media icons.
We suggest leaving the blog off: if you will not post regularly, an empty blog does not help. If you want to share the stories behind your shoots, you can turn it on on the Quick Website page; sections you turn off disappear completely from your site's menu and pages.
Image Quality, Delivery and Permissions
A photographer website needs a balance between quality and speed. When we set up your site we resize and compress your photos for the web; for photos you add later, we recommend using web exports rather than print files. More in our guide to speeding up a website.
A Quick Website is a showcase and portfolio site: it does not include a private client area for proofing or delivering photos, online payments or a booking calendar. You can keep delivering shoots through the cloud link you use today; if you need a client delivery area, we prepare a custom development quote for your needs.
Use only photos you took yourself. If recognisable people appear in a photo, get their written permission before publishing and remove the photo if they ask; this matters for personality rights and personal data protection. This is not legal advice; if you are unsure, ask a lawyer.
Price and Process
In the Quick Website package the sections you choose set the price: prices start at ₺2,600 for the base package plus at least one section, each other section's price is shown separately and the total is calculated instantly. The table below shows the suggested design's price section by section. No payment is taken when you order: we contact you on WhatsApp within 24 hours of your order and show you your site on our test server within 48 hours of the order being confirmed; a 40% deposit is taken when the project starts. We explain what drives the price in our article on website cost.
