Hotel and Guesthouse Website
A hotel website that shows your rooms and property in large photos, takes booking requests by form and WhatsApp and can be multilingual for international guests.
Guests looking for somewhere to stay often find a hotel or guesthouse on booking sites and then look at the property's own website: What do the rooms really look like, where exactly is it, is there breakfast and parking, can I contact them directly? A good hotel website answers these questions with large photos and short texts and brings the guest straight to you. On this page you will find the sections we suggest for hotels, guesthouses and boutique hotels in the Quick Website package, the package's limits on the booking side and the price of the suggested design.
What Guests Look For on a Hotel Website
- Rooms: a photo of each room type with its capacity, view and amenities.
- Photos: real, current photos of the property, common areas, breakfast and surroundings.
- Location: your place on a map, the distance to the beach, the centre or the airport and directions.
- A way to book: a request with dates and number of guests, phone and WhatsApp.
- Information in their language: international guests want to read about rooms and house rules in their own language.
The Sections We Suggest
The suggested design below is the combination of sections and designs we picked for hotels, guesthouses and boutique hotels:
- Menu bar: the Centered Logo design; your logo sits in the middle with the menu split on both sides, an elegant look that suits a boutique property.
- Hero: the Framed Slider. Photos of your property, rooms and view appear one after another.
- Services: Image Overlay Cards. Each room type, or amenities such as breakfast, the pool or transfers, gets a photo card; you change the text and photo in the admin panel.
- Gallery: Slider + Thumbnails. A large photo with thumbnails below, so guests can explore the property step by step.
- Contact: Split Image + Form. A photo of your property on one side and, on the other, a form where guests send a booking request with their name, dates and number of guests.
- Footer: the design with a map strip. Your location appears on a map with a directions card; because the contact section has no map, the map is not repeated on the page.
We suggest leaving the blog off: on an accommodation site, guests look at rooms and photos rather than news. If you want to write area guides, you can turn it on on the Quick Website page; sections you turn off disappear completely from your site's menu and pages.
Bookings and a Multilingual Site
Quick Website is not a booking engine: it has no availability calendar, online payments or channel manager. Guests send a request through the form or on WhatsApp, and you check availability and confirm. For small and medium-sized properties this is often enough. If you already use a booking engine or have pages on booking sites, you can link to them from your website. If you need a booking system built into the site, we prepare a custom development quote for your needs.
In tourist areas many guests come from abroad. Your site’s first language is included; languages such as English, German or Russian are added at ₺1,500 per extra language, and you update the texts in each language separately in the admin panel. You can decide which languages to add by looking at where your guests come from.
Price and Process
In the Quick Website package the sections you choose set the price: prices start at ₺2,600 for the base package plus at least one section, and the price of each other section and extra language is shown separately. You can see the suggested design's price section by section in the table below. No payment is taken when you order: we contact you on WhatsApp within 24 hours of your order and show you your site on our test server within 48 hours of the order being confirmed; a 40% deposit is taken when the project starts. We explain what drives the price in our article on website cost.
