The terms that apply when you use the icyabmod.com website.

These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using the icyabmod.com website (the "Site"). By using the Site you accept these terms. The conditions for buying services offered on the Site are set out separately in the Distance Sales Agreement and Pre-Contract Information. This English text is a translation for information; the Turkish version prevails.

Using the Site
- You may use the Site only for lawful purposes.
- Fill in forms with true information and on your own behalf; do not share another person's personal data without their knowledge.
- You may not use the forms for bulk, automated or advertising submissions.
- You may not attempt unauthorised access to the Site, the admin panel or the servers, or do anything that blocks or slows down the Site.
Intellectual Property
The texts, blog posts, designs, logos, images and software components on the Site belong to icyabmod or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may quote short passages from blog posts with attribution and a link; copying, reproducing or distributing all or a substantial part of the content without permission is prohibited. Third-party brand and product names mentioned on the Site (for example Google, Gmail, Outlook) belong to their owners.
Accuracy of Information and Prices
- Blog posts are for general information and are not legal, financial or technical advice. We try to keep information current, but as things change, check it against your own situation before acting on it.
- Quick Website prices are shown on the order page and may change. For your order, the amount shown on the page when you sent the order and confirmed to you in writing applies.
- Prices for extra requests and custom projects are given separately in writing.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of Liability
We take reasonable care to provide the Site without interruption or error, but maintenance, technical faults or service providers may cause interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect damage arising from using the general information on the Site. This does not limit your rights under consumer law or liability for intent or gross negligence.

Governing Law and Disputes
