Main Characteristics of the Service

Quick Website is the service of preparing a website with an admin panel, made up of the sections you choose on the order page (hero, services, blog, gallery, contact, domain) and the designs you choose for each section, showing it on a test server, showing you how to use the admin panel and launching it.
Every site includes the base package, which contains the menu and the footer.
On delivery you receive a username and password for the admin panel; your site runs on our infrastructure. Source code, database and server (cPanel) access are not included.
The site is kept live for 1 year from the date payment is completed.
Texts and images for the site are provided by you and entered through the admin panel.

Price and Payment

The total price is the amount calculated on the order page for your selection and confirmed to you in writing after your order. Current list prices: base package ₺2,100; with at least one section, the lowest total is ₺2,600. The prices of the sections and extra languages (the site’s first language is included) are shown separately on the order page.
A 40% deposit of the total is taken at the start of the project; the balance is paid when your content is entered and the site goes live. The deposit is part of the service price; no separate security deposit is taken.
No online payments are taken on the site and no card details are requested. The payment method and account details are given in writing with the order confirmation.
Any additional price and time for extra requests written in the "Things You’d Like to Add" box are given in writing before work starts and are not applied without your approval.
The first year is included in the price. From the second year, the yearly renewal fee has two tiers: ₺3,000 if the domain was obtained through the Provider (the Domain option ticked on the order page; domain renewal included), or ₺2,000 if you use your own domain. This fee may be adjusted for inflation; the current amount is notified to you before the renewal date.
We charge nothing extra for the means of communication you use to place your order (internet, WhatsApp, phone).

Delivery and Performance Stages

After you send the order form, we contact you on WhatsApp within 24 hours.
Within 48 hours of the order being confirmed, your site can be viewed on our test server.
We show you how to use the admin panel on the test server; you have 7 days to enter your content.
If you have an existing domain, you need administrator access to the panel of the company you bought it from. Pointing the domain takes between 30 minutes and 48 hours.
Once your content is entered and the balance is paid, the site goes live.

Right of Withdrawal

In distance contracts the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason and without paying a penalty. For service contracts this period starts on the day the contract is concluded. You can send your withdrawal notice within this period by e-mail to info@icyabmod.com or in writing to the address above. If the right of withdrawal is exercised properly, your payments are refunded within 14 days of your notice reaching us, using a method matching the one you paid with.

When the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used in the following cases:

Services whose performance began with your approval (Art. 15(1)(h)): the right of withdrawal cannot be used for services whose performance began with your approval before the withdrawal period ended. So that your site can be prepared within 48 hours, when confirming the order you are asked to confirm in writing (on WhatsApp or by e-mail) that you request the service to start before the withdrawal period ends and that you will then lose your right of withdrawal. If you do not give this approval, work starts after the 14-day withdrawal period has ended.
Goods prepared to personal requests and needs (Art. 15(1)(b)): the right of withdrawal cannot be used for contracts for goods prepared according to the consumer's requests or personal needs.
Services performed instantly (Art. 15(1)(ğ)): the right of withdrawal cannot be used for services performed instantly in electronic form. When a domain is registered at your request, the domain fee is not refunded on this basis.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

You can send complaints through the contact channels above; they are answered as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. In case of a dispute, you can apply to the consumer arbitration committee where you live or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, or to the consumer court for disputes above those limits. Applications to consumer arbitration committees can also be made online via e-Devlet.

Technical Requirements

Your website and the admin panel are used with current web browsers; you do not need to install any software.

Part 2: Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1: Parties

Seller / Service Provider: the seller whose details are given above (the "Provider").

Buyer / Consumer: the person whose full name, e-mail address and phone number are given in the order form (the "Consumer").

Article 2: Subject

The subject of this agreement is to set out the scope, price, payment and performance conditions of the Quick Website service ordered by the Consumer through icyabmod.com, and the rights and obligations of the parties, under Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 3: Conclusion of the Agreement

The Consumer accepts having read this Pre-Contract Information Form before sending the order form. The agreement is concluded when the Provider confirms the order in writing (on WhatsApp or by e-mail). The agreement and the pre-contract information are sent to the Consumer on a durable medium (e-mail) together with the confirmation.

Article 4: Scope of the Service

Preparing and launching a website with an admin panel made up of the selected sections and designs.
Showing how to use the admin panel and handing over the username and password.
Keeping the site live for 1 year from the date payment is completed.
Not included: source code, database and server access; copywriting and photography; extra requests not accepted in writing.

Article 5: Price and Payment

The service price is the amount stated in the pre-contract information and confirmed in writing after the order. The 40% deposit is paid when work starts and the balance at launch. The site is not launched until the balance is paid.

Article 6: Obligations of the Parties

The Provider performs the service with care, in line with the stages and periods stated in the pre-contract information.
The Consumer provides and enters the content within the period given. If content entry is not completed within that period, the launch date is set again in writing by the parties.
The Consumer accepts that they hold the rights to the texts, images and other content they add to the site and that the content is lawful.
If an existing domain is to be used, providing access to the domain's management panel is the Consumer's responsibility.

Article 7: Term, Renewal and Termination

The service term is 1 year from the date payment is completed.
At the end of the term, the service is extended by 1 year when the yearly renewal fee is paid. The renewal fee is one of the two amounts stated in the pre-contract information, depending on whether the domain was obtained through the Provider, and is notified before the renewal date.
If the renewal fee is not paid, the site is taken offline; software files and the database are not handed over. If a domain registered through the Provider is not renewed, it may also lapse at the end of its term.

Article 8: Intellectual Property

Rights to the site's software infrastructure, the admin panel and the design templates belong to the Provider; the Consumer is granted the right to use them during the service term. Rights to the texts and images the Consumer adds to the site belong to the Consumer.

Article 9: Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal and its exceptions apply as described under "Right of Withdrawal" and "When the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply" in the Pre-Contract Information Form on this page.

Article 10: Personal Data

The Consumer's personal data is processed as explained in the KVKK Privacy Notice.

Article 11: Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising from this agreement, consumer arbitration committees have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and consumer courts above those limits.

Article 12: Entry into Force

This agreement enters into force on the date the Provider confirms the order in writing.
