This Privacy Policy summarises in plain language what information is collected when you use icyabmod.com, how it is used and how it is protected. What We Collect

  • Contact form: full name, e-mail address, phone number, subject and your message. Your IP address, the time of sending and the time you ticked the confirmation box are also recorded.
  • Quick Website order form: full name, e-mail address, phone number, the sections and designs you choose, your extra requests and the calculated total, plus IP address, time of sending, the time you ticked the confirmation box and which campaign or site you came from (UTM parameters, referring site, first page opened; the ad click ID only with your marketing consent).
  • Correspondence: information you share with us on WhatsApp or by e-mail, and texts and images you send for the service.
  • Technical records: browser and device information and server logs. To count views of blog and service pages we store not your IP address itself but an irreversible keyed summary of it.
  • Cookies: cookies needed for the site to work, and analytics and advertising cookies used only if you consent. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

No online payments are taken on our site and no card details are collected. Payment details are shared in writing after your order.

How We Use It

  • To answer your messages and review your order requests
  • To contact you on WhatsApp or by e-mail after you order and to provide the service
  • To handle payments, invoices and legal obligations
  • To protect forms from spam and abuse and keep the site secure
  • To measure which ad campaigns orders come from; if you consent, to analyse how the site is used and measure Google and Meta advertising results

We do not send you advertising e-mails, text messages or messages without your consent. We do not sell your personal data.

Who We Share It With

Your information is shared only as far as needed to provide the service: hosting and e-mail service providers, WhatsApp (Meta), Google reCAPTCHA for form security, Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Ads), Meta (Meta Pixel, Conversions API) and Microsoft (Clarity) if you consent, and authorities with legal power. If you have given marketing consent, only an irreversible summary (SHA-256) of your e-mail address and phone number is sent to Google and Meta with a form submission for ad measurement. Some of these providers have servers outside Turkey; details of transfers abroad and the possible risks are explained in the KVKK Privacy Notice.

Security Measures

  • The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
  • Forms are protected against automated submissions with bot verification and rate limiting.
  • Access to the admin panel is limited to authorised users.
  • Data is kept only for the stated purposes and only as long as needed.

No transmission over the internet is completely risk-free; please do not write unnecessary sensitive information such as passwords, identity documents or health information in forms and messages.

Retention

Contact records are kept for 2 years from the last contact, order requests that do not become a contract for 2 years, contract and invoice records for 10 years from the end of the contract, and view records (IP summary) and server security logs for up to 1 year. Data is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have rights such as learning whether your personal data is processed, asking for it to be corrected or deleted, and objecting. How to apply is explained in the KVKK Privacy Notice. For questions, write to info@icyabmod.com.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults. If you are under 18, do not use our forms without your parent's or guardian's knowledge.
