Lawyer and Law Firm Website

A lawyer website that presents your firm and practice areas in measured language, publishes your articles and that you update yourself, built with the advertising ban in mind.

Someone looking for a lawyer is often going through a difficult time and first looks for verifiable information: Who works at the firm, which areas do they handle, where is the office and how can I get in touch? A lawyer website or law firm website should answer these questions in plain, measured language. Lawyers in Turkey are subject to an advertising ban, so the site also has to inform rather than promote. On this page you will find the sections we suggest for law firms in the Quick Website package, what to watch for in your content and the price of the suggested design.

What Visitors Look For on a Law Firm Website

  • Firm and lawyer details: verifiable information such as each lawyer's name, the bar they are registered with and the school they graduated from.
  • Practice areas: family law, employment law, criminal law, real estate law, commercial law and the other areas the firm handles, each with a short description.
  • Informative articles: general information on legislative changes and common legal questions.
  • Contact and location: office address, phone, email, opening hours and a short contact form.
  • Care and discretion: visitors want to know their message will be handled carefully, so a simple form that does not ask for unnecessary details matters.

The Sections We Suggest

The suggested design below is the measured, corporate combination we picked for law firms:

  • Menu bar: the Corporate design; logo, page links and a contact button sit in a tidy top bar.
  • Hero: the Minimal Typographic layout. Instead of a large photo, the firm's name and a short, modest description take centre stage.
  • Services: your practice areas in the Big Numbered List design; each area has a short description you update in the admin panel.
  • Blog: the Minimal Dated List. Your articles appear in a plain list with their publication dates; because legislation changes, showing the date matters for legal writing.
  • Contact: the Centered Minimal Form. Name, phone, email and a short message; a simple form that does not ask for case details.
  • Footer: the Classic 4-Column layout with your address, contact details, practice areas and links to legal notices.

We suggest leaving the gallery off: a photo gallery tells visitors little about a law firm, and a calm, text-led look suits an informative site better. You can turn it on on the Quick Website page; sections you turn off disappear completely from your site's menu and pages. Do not ask visitors to describe their case in the contact form; a name, contact details and a short note are enough for a first contact.

A Lawyer Website That Respects the Advertising Ban

Article 55 of the Turkish Attorneyship Law prohibits lawyers from any attempt to obtain work that could count as advertising, and the Union of Turkish Bar Associations' Regulation on the Advertising Ban sets out what may appear on websites. The general principle is that the site is there to present the firm and inform, not to win business. In practice, we recommend avoiding:

  • Claims of superiority or expertise such as "the best", "specialist" or "leading".
  • Claims about results, such as the number of cases won or a success rate; client reviews and client lists.
  • Fee lists, discounts or special offers.
  • Calls that push visitors to hand a particular matter to the firm.

The firm's name, the lawyers' titles and bar details, short descriptions of practice areas, scholarly articles, address and contact details are treated as information. This page is not legal advice; before publishing, check the current text of the regulation and how your bar association applies it. You write and update the texts yourself in the admin panel, so you always have the final say.

Price and Process

In the Quick Website package the sections you choose set the price: prices start at ₺2,600 for the base package plus at least one section, and each other section's price is shown separately. You can see the suggested design's price section by section in the table below. No payment is taken when you order: we contact you on WhatsApp within 24 hours of your order and show you your site on our test server within 48 hours of the order being confirmed; a 40% deposit is taken when the project starts. We explain what drives the price in our article on website cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

The advertising ban limits what an informative website says, not whether a lawyer may have one. Firm and lawyer details, practice areas, scholarly articles and contact details count as information; claims of superiority, claims about results and client reviews can cause problems. This is not legal advice; check the current rules with your bar association.

The suggested design on this page (hero, services, blog and contact) costs ₺6,600. Prices start at ₺2,600 (base package plus at least one section); add ₺700 if you need a domain name and ₺1,500 for each extra language. You can turn sections on or off and see the price instantly on the Quick Website page.

Yes. You add new articles and update older ones in the admin panel; each article is listed with its publication date. When legislation changes, we recommend updating older articles or noting which version of the law they are based on.

Yes. Your site’s first language is included; English and other languages are added at ₺1,500 per extra language. We recommend that you check the translation of legal terms yourself before publishing.
